Meet Dr. Granados
Regina Granados, Psy.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She is currently on the Executive Board for the Sacramento Valley Psychological Association and a member of Folsom Area Child and Family Therapists. Dr. Granados is very active in the field of Clinical Psychology with a strong interest in Psychological Testing and Counseling for Children, Teens, and Adults. She has worked at multiple clinics throughout California and the Sacramento area. She continues to consult with mental health agencies, pediatricians, physicians, and private schools. Dr. Granados has also published numerous articles on ADHD, Speech Delays, and Social Skills in Parenting Magazines, Websites, and Newspapers. She works in conjunction with local medical offices to independently evaluate children, adolescents, and adults for Attention Deficit Disorders, Learning Disabilities, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

Are you interested in having your adolescent (10 - 16 years old) join our ADD / ADHD Group specifically designed for students in Middle or High School students? Group members will learn skill to help improve their attention, focus, and test taking skills. They'll work on activities that teach memory strategies so that they're less likely to forget what they learn. They'll also spend time on strategies to help them rmember what they read and improve their writing skills. If your adolescent is reluctant to participate in a group, one-on-one counseling for ADD / ADHD is also available.

Dr. Granados is able to use a variety of Psychological Tests, Neuropsychological Tests, Developmental Screenings, Intelligence Measures, Cognitive Tests, Achievement Tests, Memory and Learning Tests, and other forms of Evaluations to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Dr. Granados provides testing for: Intelligence (I.Q.), Attention Deficit Disorders (ADD / ADHD), Academic Difficulties, Specific Learning Disabilities, NonVerbal Learning Disabilities, Memory Impairment / Issues, Child Development Delays, and Social Perspective Taking Difficulties / Social Skills Problems.

Consecutive Two-Day Testing Appointments are available for clients who are traveling from out-of-town to obtain an evaluation. Reduced hotel rates are also available for out-of-town clients traveling for ADD Testing / ADHD Evaluation, Neuropsychological Testing, and Accmmodation Testing for SAT / LSAT/ MCAT / PSAT / ACT / GRE / College Entrance Exam / Private School Entrance Exam.
